Williamsburg SCORE is a nonprofit association dedicated to educating entrepreneurs and helping small businesses start, grow, and succeed. We've been mentoring small business owners for more than forty years. Our volunteers offer small business entrepreneurs confidential business counseling services at NO charge. These free one-on-one mentoring meetings can happen in person, on the phone or through email. SCORE volunteers have the knowledge and experience to help any small business owner get the help they need. We have years of experience across 62 industries. We can help you get through this growing phase of your business, whether that is opening your doors, getting financing, getting your webpage up and running or learning about social media and other forms of marketing.
The second level of service we offer is by providing local workshops and events to connect small business owners with the people and information they need to start, grow, and maintain their businesses. We also have online workshops available.
In these ways, SCORE provides resources, support, expert direction, seminars, templates and tools to assist entrepreneurs in developing tools and plans they need to navigate their way to small business success.
