During the annual exam the patient's dental health is evaluated. We provide full service dentistries at Colonial Animal Hospital. Home care for the teeth is demonstrated at discharge. We can perform most necessary blood work in the hospital. Annual blood screening is recommended for all animals over 8 years of age. Other laboratory tests are sent out to a nationally recognized veterinary lab.

Colonial provides most routine surgical procedures for its patients. We use the safest anesthetic protocols available and customize them the patient's needs. Pain management protocols are incorporated into all surgical procedures. Colonial offers on site radiology and ultrasound. X-rays are taken and developed by our trained veterinary assistants. We provide the Home Again microchip identification system to our clients. Medicated and regular baths are available for both dogs and cats.
