FCS offers 11 different programs in Wells, Huntington and Adams Counties.

The Closet: Assists families by providing free clothing and necessities for newborns to size 6.

DETOURS (Developing Emotional control; Treating Others respectfully; and Understanding the Realities of Substance Abuse): A six hour educational class that teaches youth the importance of making responsible decisions.

Families In Transition: Educates divorcing parents through classes designed to minimize the impact of divorce on their children.

Family Preservation: Provides home-based counseling services and supervised visitation for referred families who have experienced or are at high risk for child abuse and/or neglect.

Healthy Families: Provides home-based services to young families to promote supportive environments that optimize child growth and development and encourage resilient, healthy families.

Mentor Moms: Gives support, education, and friendship to young mothers while striving to encourage positive parenting and life skills by matching moms with experienced mentors.

Network for Safe Families: Provides home-based case management and crisis intervention for parents who are struggling with issues that could lead to their child being neglected or hurt.

SIGNALS (Setting Important Goals Now Against Life-threatening Substances): An eight hour educational class that teaches youth about the dangers of substance abuse.

Students Out of School: Offers a safe, structured, and educational environment for students, grades 6-12, who are suspended from school.

Teen Court: Holds juveniles accountable for their actions by providing a traditional court hearing with trained youth volunteers.

Youth As Resources: Inspires lifelong habits of philanthropy in youth by providing opportunities to write and fund grants for youth-led service projects.
