AMR Commercial, LLC. (AMR) was founded in 1994 in Bethesda, Maryland by John C. Alexander, William K. Montrose and Mark D. Rittenberg to provide commercial real estate services to businesses, owners and investors in the Washington Metropolitan area with a special focus on Montgomery County.
The three principals at AMR have a combined total of over seventy (70) years of commercial real estate experience and have witnessed first hand the full commercial market cycle over the past twenty-three (23) years. AMR is a mid-size firm in number but large with respect to the number of transactions it has completed.
