After 60+ years at its original location right off the Ohio River, Perry County Memorial Hospital moved to its new location on May 21, 2015; conveniently located at 8885 State Road 237, Tell City, Indiana 47586. The new facility offers improved patient flow along with new and modern equipment right at our finger tips.
Perry County Memorial Hospital, a 25 bed Critical Access Hospital, is an affiliate of Alliant Management and a member of the American Hospital Association, Indiana Hospital Association and National Rural Health Association. It is licensed by the State of Indiana, and accredited by the Healthcare Facilities Accreditation Program. The hospital takes a leadership role in providing quality healthcare to residents of Perry County and surrounding areas.
Hospital President and CEO Brian Herwig is a fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives. Perry County Memorial Hospital's senior leadership team consists of Becky Elder, VP of Clinical Services, Steve Berkhouse, VP of Financial Services, and Michelle Howard rounds out the team as the Director of Nursing. The Board of Trustees, appointed by the Perry County Commissioners, includes John Land, Timothy Harding,Grant Taylor, Dr. Joseph LeClere, Rita Mahoney, and Rebecca Hubert.
