We have 3 employees (2 full time and 1 part-time) who carry out the programs and policy of our Board of Directors. Doug Anderson serves as the organization's Manager. Ryan Scott is the Ag Literacy Coordinator, and Pam Berkaw serves as the organization's Membership Secretary, Bookkeeper, and Administrative Assistant to the Manager.

The Board of Directors consists of 10 members who are elected by districts in Wayne County. They meet on the second Tuesday of every month.
