Owners Brian and Karen Swessel, along with the Pulaski Inn staff, pride themselves on the quality (and consistency) of the food and service which keeps bringing people back to their Inn year after year. Brian is also the head chef and oversees all kitchen operations. Our food is homemade and prepared on premise from recipes developed over many years.
