We were formed on March 1, 1976 and encompass all or parts of Cheyenne, Rawlins, Decatur, Sherman, Thomas, Sheridan, Graham, Wallace, Logan and Gove Counties. In these counties we cover Million acres. We have a governing body of locally elected 11 member board in charge of all district activity. Each board member represents all land owners and water users within the county position they hold. Each are elected to a three year term.
