Amelia Community Theatre is a volunteer based, not for profit 501c3 corporation registered with the State of Florida. Auditions and participation are open to all.
Our new theatre building was completed in 2010, after a five year capital campaign to raise funds. Amelia Community Theatre has always enjoyed strong community support and loyal audiences. Over the years, we've gained a reputation for quality entertainment.
We have six mainstage productions at 207 Cedar Street, plus Second Stage offerings, including Readers Theatre, in the small theatre at 209 Cedar Street. There is a summer camp for children, and our adult troupe, the Peppermint Players, performs for free at Nassau County elementary schools and preschools.
Amelia Community Theatre is located in Fernandina Beach on Amelia Island, Florida.
