We think our agency is pretty neat, and we want to just share a little bit of that feeling with you.
Mondays are idea lunch days here at the warehouse. We all brown paper sack it or sometimes the agency brings in a spread (no one's late to that one!) Each Monday a different person takes a turn preparing an sharing an idea, from why Paris Hilton is a brand in her own right, to the culture and philosophies of Pixar, to accounting terms everyone in the agency should know (formatted as a crossword puzzle, of course!)
Monday through Friday every department Huddles Up for ten minutes, to share our priorities, our stucks and our good news for the day. Sounds touchy feely, right? But it's a great way to stay in tune with the happenings of the agency, without getting bogged down in boring status meeting mode. Plus we all do a little cheer at the end. Okay, it is a little touchy-feely.
These are just two different ways we get together as a group, and so we'd like to share tidbits and takeaways from those interactions with you, our Facebook group, as we all just try to work our way together through the work week!
