Paul’s Best Lawn service is a locally based, family-owned full service grounds maintenance company started by Paul Lo Monaco in 1978. Paul, who was born in Sicily and then raised in the South American country of Uruguay came from humble beginnings. He worked on farms before moving to the US, bringing a strong work ethic with him. He started his (Falls Church) lawn service while working full-time driving buses for Metro. He started with only a small push lawnmower and simple garden tools as well as a strong desire to build his business by offering genuine service. It has developed into a strong business that offers a wide variety of services from routine grounds maintenance, to turf care, and drainage & grading.

Paul has earned a solid reputation over the past three decades of providing superior service on his exceptional quality of work. Although he has built his business completely on word of mouth and has never advertised, it is rated highly with the Better Business Bureau, Checkbook and Angie’s List. Paul’s Best Lawn Service has grown to service northern Virginia and his lawn maintenance company have extended the range of his services from Arlington and McLean to include Annandale, Vienna, parts of Fairfax, and Great Falls as well. Paul’s Best Lawn Service is completely reliable and insured with the focus being on functional property maintenance such as mowing, clean ups, leaf removal, storm damage, turf care, drainage, planting, mulching and everything that it goes into the upkeep of properties.
