Originally founded in 1981 to address the needs of the underserved in Columbia’s Eau Claire neighborhood, Cooperative Health has evolved to become the medical home for nearly 60,000 patients in four counties (Richland, Lexington, Newberry and Fairfield). Patients here receive high-quality, compassionate, and comprehensive health care services (examples: primary care, dental, vision, behavioral health counseling, ortheopedics, and pharmacy) in a family-friendly setting.
