Emrick Insurance was started in 1971 by the late Roger D. and Mary Anne Emrick of Griggsville. It is now run by their children Brenda Kennedy, President and John Emrick, CFO. Brenda's husband Robert is currently the Marketing Manager at Emrick Insurance. Michelle Perry is the New Business Manager, Crystal Crawford is the Supply Department Manager, and Allison Felion is the reception for Emrick Insurance. Emrick Insurance also consists of 10 in-house agents, as well as over 3,000 brokers.

Emrick Insurance is a family-owned insurance agency that markets in the following states:

Illinois, Missouri, Iowa, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Wisconsin, South Dakota, Texas, West Virginia, Nevada, Arizona, and Mississippi
