Prestige is certified by the Department of Environmental Conservation and has held certificates in Environmental Dry Cleaning Technology since 1999. Upon request, our expert housekeeping and move-in / out services use Green Seal Certified products, leaving your home spotlessly clean and environmentally safe.

Prestige Garment Care and Housekeeping is proud to use GreenEarth®, an exclusive dry cleaning process which uses liquid silicone, a safe and natural by-product of sand. Unlike the harsh petrochemical solvents used by most dry cleaners, GreenEarth® is 100% non-toxic to the environment.

GreenEarth® cleaning is less abrasive and far gentler on clothes, and is proven to help protect against wear, shrinkage and color fade. It’s perfect for cashmere, embellishments or suedes and leather garments.

Prestige also dry cleans using solvent K4®, another environmentally friendly and safe cleaning process which is biodegradable and dermatologically tested.

Additionally, Prestige is committed to minimizing the production of waste and through recovery, recycling, and reducing the amount of waste that is sent to landfill.
