Kids Martial Arts - Become a "Little Dragon" and have fun, fun and more fun. Get them started in a positive, healthy activity that will empower your child with the knowledge they need to never to fear "The Bully". Young Dragons forms a foundation of physical activity, instills mental discipline, provides a sense of accomplishment, a way of self improvement, while teaching self defense. Little & Young Dragons may attend as often as they like, we offer unlimited attendance throughout the year. Parents while your kids experience the Martial Arts get into shape, have some fun, and learn some basic kickboxing & personal defense. Classes are offer M-W, you don't train with them just at the same time.

Adult Fighting Arts - During this program you will learn Jun Fan Kickboxing, Thai Boxing, Mixed Grappling, & Kali-Escrima, Silat. The Fighting Arts & The Filipino Martial Arts provides two of the most sought after combat Fighting & Defense systems in the world. They are combined to provide you a realistic and effective system because "In Reality There are No Rules". No experience is necessary. Anyone can get in shape and learn to defend themselves with The Fighting Arts.

Mixed Martial Arts - CSW utilizes Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Japanese Shoot, Russian Sambo, Freestyle, Collegiate, and Greco Roman Wrestling for a complete no gyi, ground and pound, or gyi submission system. MMA Kickboxing goes to the ground and finishes. This system incorporates Muay Thai, Western Boxing, Savate, and Clinch Fighting with takedowns from Judo, Jiu-jitsu, and Submission Wrestling to form the perfect circle of fighting styles.

Professional Personal Training - This is a professional private/semi-private training program offered Monday through Saturday mornings or afternoon. All programs are specifically designed to address our clients goals. Clients may choose to train in any area of the Martial Arts, Personal Defense, MMA, or Conditioning. If you want to be the best, then you must train with the best.
