Founded in 2001 by Fred Bailey. With a volunteer staff of 30 classroom instructors and tutors, CAP provides a safe environment four days a week where students are encouraged to do their best and to dream and plan big. All students are expected to be college-bound -- regardless of their backgrounds. In addition to tutoring and mentoring, students are also provided a hot, nutritious meal each day and provided with transportation to and from the CAP center -- all without ANY cost to the familieis or ANY GOVERNMENT ASSISTANCE.
