Charges for Services:
We accept Medicare, Medicaid, many forms of private insurance, barter for goods and services, and allow community service to pay medical bills. We offer a 20% discount to patients paying cash on the day of their visit. We allow reduced fees and Free Clinic patients on a case-by-case basis.

Patients are seen by appointment only. Nights and weekends are covered by monitoring of our voice mail.
