The Sugar Land Heritage Foundation began as a group of citizens working to preserve Sugar Land's remarkable history. Our First Goal is to continue to collect historical artifacts, documents, and photographs for the future Sugar Land Heritage Museum. Our Second Goal is opening Sugar Land Heritage Museum showcasing Exhibits from early days as a sugarcane plantation, to Present Day, as one of the fastest multi-cultural growing cities in Texas and the United States. Exhibits are being designed to highlight Sugar Land's Legendary Past and Phenomenal Future. The SLHF is working with Sugar Land companies, past and present, that helped make Sugar Land what it is today. We are excited about the future home of the Sugar Land Heritage Museum and sharing with the Community. Great things continue to come to Sugar Land!
