It all starts with handmade dough using only the "finest" and "freshest" ingredients, we hand toss all our pizzas with "peel to brick" screens or conveyor the crust very crispy and tender. We then top our pizza with our homemade pizza sauce (made from scratch daily) using a family recipe handed down for generations. Our three cheese blend tops off every pizza pie. It takes a true artist to make pizza this way! Your pizza will take 15-20 minutes (during our busiest times it will take a little longer) to make from start to finish and will have a "brick oven"crust. No gimmicks just great pizza!!!
