Welcome to James K. Holton, Inc., a family owned and operated home contracting firm located in Southern Chester County, Pennsylvania. We offer a variety of home improvement services ranging from minor repairs, new kitchens, major home renovations, and home additions.

Jim Holton, a lifelong resident of Landenberg, PA, began his construction career in 1976. He founded James K. Holton, Inc. in 1991. At that time, his son Tim was just 5 years old. Tim worked with his father while growing up and developed a love for carpentry and building.

Tim attended Pennsylvania College of Technology where he studied residential construction and construction management.

In January of 2015, Tim took ownership of JKH Inc.
