O'Brien Tire & Service Center is a locally owned and operated automotive service center. We strive to deliver quality products to our customers. For auto repairs, or new tires and wheels, come see us in person or request a quote online. We are a AAA-approved auto repair facility and a NAPA AutoCare Center.
O'Brien Tire & Service Center opened on St. Patrick’s Day, March 17, 1932, by James E. O’Brien. O’Brien’s Service originally started as a Shell gas station. Jim retired Dec. 31, 1952.
Alvin Bruce Marler took over the business Jan. 1, 1953. He expanded the tire shop in 1968 before retiring at the end of the next year.
Earl and Marcia Buenger took over the business in 1970, then bought an adjacent shop in 1976 and rebuilt it into what is now our Service Center. They purchased two warehouses before retiring in 1992.
Scott and Mark Buenger, Earl and Marcia’s sons are the present owners of O'Brien Tire & Service Center. They have continued to grow the business, serving more customers and more commercial accounts than ever before.
