Check out @Fox61news tonight for a story on Avery's "Poop Chute Pop"!

Avery's is pleased to announce our latest flavor, Poop Chute Pop! The flavor is a Lemon Blue-Raspberry combo. Proceeds will benefit the Fight Colorectal Cancer Foundation and the Team Johnson Walk happening on April 2nd here in New Britain. Scott Johnson is a New Britain Firefighter and Chief in the U.S. Coast Guard. He was diagnosed with Stage IV Colorectal Cancer on April 29, 2015. Scott has three young boys. His oldest son Zackary is 9 and wanted to raise money to help find a cure for his dad. Last year for his birthday, Zack decided to forego birthday presents and instead raised just shy of $3,500 for the FCC Organization. His twin brothers Ben and Jake are 5 and they have decided to do the same thing and have raised an additional $2,000. The Poop Chute Pop will sell for $2 each and there will be a limited quantity available. All of the funds will go to Fight Colorectal Cancer Foundation. They will be available here at the bottling plant and at the walk on April 2nd.

Thanks to all who came out to our mid-week Make Your Own Soda event. We had no idea it would be so popular and the response was overwhelming! Thanks to everyone who patiently waited to get a chance to make their own sodas, I hope that you had as much fun with it as we did!

Make Your Own Soda at Avery's! We have had a bunch of requests from folks wanting to bring their kids in to do a Make Your own Soda session during vacation this week.
