Whether you are old or new to Al-Hedayah, we would like to remind you about the importance of indicating your enrollment intentions early. Because we are implementing new curriculum and programs that want us to guarantee certain student counts of which I have no history to build on, I need real numbers to make the best decisions for student success. We really want to make this an awesome year at Al-Hedayah and ask that you contact us with your enrollment information and/or intentions.
If you believe that you have already completed the enrollment process, remember that your $250 registration fee will only hold your spot until August 1st when the first payment is due. Also, if you believe that you have already completed this process and any of the following conditions have not been met, then I suggest you get in contact with us immediately because you child's name is not on the secured enrollment roster.
1. The $250 registration fee must be paid for each student before your admission form will be process.
2. There are some incomplete student admission packets - your admission forms and attached documents must be completely filled out, signed and the $250 per child included for a secured admissions.
3. Financial Aid Applications must have all the required paperwork, including the $250 registration to begin the awarding process which will be handled on a first come first served basis.
4. If you are delinquent from the past school year, you must make financial arrangements immediately.
Finally, some of the grades will fill up before others and we need to make a decision on creating a waiting list or opening another grade at that level. At this time, I would warn the parents of student entering PreK3, PreK4, Kindergarten and First grade to not procrastinate.
