Our company’s history dates back to 1952, when Rhoady Lee, Sr., and his son Rhoady Lee, Jr., purchased a sand, gravel, and ready-mix concrete company on the east side of Lake Washington.
Today, we are a family-owned company of locally-managed regional divisions spanning Western Washington and Northwest Oregon.
Within each division, our team brings local knowledge and focus to our customers while utilizing the expertise and resources of the larger company.
Our mission is to provide quality asphalt products, serving the community as industry leaders.
Over time we have grown and expanded, but our vision has always stayed the same. We’re here to provide our customers and our communities with exceptional experiences—getting the job done the right way, the first time.
