Guss’ wife, Sally Dussin, established The Old Spaghetti Factory’s creative interior design. Rich colors, shiny brass, impressive antiques from all over the world, as well as vintage streetcars in many locations, have become signature elements of each restaurant– yet no two are exactly the same. The Old Spaghetti Factory is truly a place where the past meets the present and where guests feel welcome to reminisce, enjoy and relax.
