Market Square Health Care Center

Market Square Health Care Center is a 98-bed continuing care community located in South Paris, Maine. We proudly offer Skilled Nursing, Inpatient and Outpatient Rehabilitative, Long-Term, and Residential Care services. Our diverse health care team, with decades of nursing, rehabilitative and management experience, incorporates a holistic approach to your care. We strive to achieve a resident-centered model of care that allows you to make choices about all aspects of your stay with us.

Skilled Nursing offers an array of services, including post surgical care, IV medication administration, wound care and ostomy care, provided by experienced, professional staff, including a dedicated medical team; with the goal of assisting you in regaining your functional independence. Inpatient and Outpatient Rehabilitative Services include physical, occupational and speech therapy which support you in attaining the skills you require to safely return to live in your home environment. We feature our own rehabilitation staff and offer therapy six days a week. Long-Term Care Services are provided to those who are unable to reside independently in their own homes due to medical needs. Many of our current residents refer to Market Square as their “home away from home” and the personalized touches found in their spacious rooms demonstrate this. Residential Care offers a social model of care with twenty-four hour supervision, assistance with activities of daily living, medication administration, meal service, and integrated community activities.

Market Square is pleased to offer several activities daily that incorporate family and community into our residents’ lives. Our facility offers a resident-use computer, complimentary wireless internet access, and cable television throughout the facility.
