The performance and stability of The Arc of Chester County have been validated by its recent award of the Seal of Excellence from the Pennsylvania Association of Nonprofit Organizations (PANO) for completing the Standards of Excellence Program. The Arc of Chester County is the only Arc Chapter and the second non-profit agency in Chester County to receive the Seal of Excellence from PANO.
