We are a state-of-the-art school that incorporates the most effective elements of martial arts traditions from around the world. Emphasis is not only on teaching self-protection to both children and adults, the importance of healthy eating, and techniques for success in school and life such as focus, respect, and discipline. We are located near downtown Columbia, SC and only five minutes from the University of South Carolina.
