Your Personal Comfort We provide plush robes and spa sandals. Feel free to wear a swimsuit or undergarments for spa and hydrotherapy services. Before exfoliation treatments, we suggest you refrain from shaving to avoid irritation. Lockers are provided. Please leave valuables at home; Grand Spa will not be responsible for lost or stolen valuables.
Staff Requests Feel free to request a male or female staff member. Our staff members are expertly trained in facilities around the world. Services may vary slightly from one therapist to another, but all services are delivered to exceed expectations.
Gratuities Gratuities are at your discretion and can be made at checkout. Gratuity may be included in gift certificates.
Cancellation Policy We require 24 hours’ cancellation notice for single services, and 48 hours’ notice for multiple services or packages. Multiple services and packages are reserved by credit card. 50% of the scheduled service fee is charged to the card for cancellations without 48 hours’ notice. We confirm appointments one to two days in advance.
Gift Certificates Please present gift certificates at arrival. Gift certificates expire one year from purchase and are non-refundable.
Grand Spa Shop We offer the finest hair, body care and skin care products. Retail sales are final with a 30-day return policy for store credit. Prices are subject to change.
Children at Grand Spa Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult, and are only to enter the facility for their own scheduled appointments.
Health Concerns Please inform us of illness, pregnancy, or injury before booking to ensure treatments don’t interfere with medical issues.
Pricing Note Prices are subject to change. All services, products and gift certificates are final sales and are non-refundable. All spa packages and treatments are available for men within the gentlemen’s spa. Ask about our pampering couples treatments in private suites.
