Jeffrey M. Brown Associates, LLC, a Pennsylvania corporation, has been providing construction management, general construction, design/build, construction consulting and project development services since 1984. Operating from offices in
Pennsylvania, we employ approximately 40 full-time professionals who service clients throughout the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic regions.

JMB delivers high-quality commercial construction services on a negotiated, design/build or guaranteed maximum price basis on some of the most challenging projects in the industry. Types of work include: corporate offices, warehouse and distribution centers, senior living residences, healthcare facilities, mixed-use facilities, lifestyle centers, multi-family residences, hotels, banks, parking structures, academic facilities, theaters, information technology centers, and tenant improvements. Many of our projects are constructed in unique and challenging settings, such as new/ground-up projects constructed in tight, urban settings and complex renovations performed in operational facilities that remain open during construction.

Because JMB thrives on relationships, we have cultivated a unique sensitivity to the needs of the organizations we support and strive to be responsive to the special requisites of each client. Serving these needs effectively requires us to carefully define the project’s criteria so that we can contour our services
accordingly. Often they include preconstruction activities involving program and logistical planning, value engineering, conceptual estimating, innovative redesign, fast-track scheduling and exploring specific geographic conditions, all of which may affect cost and constructability.
