Conrad's Confectionery specializes in the very best homemade confections. All of the chocolates and ice cream you’ll find in the shop are homemade on-site. Our ice cream operation is seasonal and open May through September every night until 11PM. The hot fudge, caramel, whipped cream, and even the syrups are made from scratch in small batches to ensure the very best quality. In the fall, we ramp up our candy production for the holidays and offer homemade treats for all occasions in addition to our year-round line of homemade chocolates. Our philosophy is to use the freshest ingredients in small batches to achieve the very best and freshest confections. We use unchanged recipes and techniques dating back to 1928 when Conrad's first opened.
