When it comes to predicting bank failure no other rating's firm has the balance in assigning a top rating versus assigning a lower rating when a deficiency exists. We have quantified bank failure to a high degree of reliability. For example our highest rating is Green/*** and the chances of a bank with this rating of failing is 1 in 10,000. At the other end of our ratings categories a red with no stars rating has a 40% chance of failing. The point is you can see exactly what our track record has been.

• Our model goes beyond CAMELS. VERIBANC takes all 6 of the CAMELS tests into account; where as other companies may only look at 3, 4 or 5 of the 6 metrics. VERIBANC also takes into account Regulatory Risk and Opportunity Risk.
