As the official JAKKS Pacific Facebook page, we encourage our fans to join in on the conversation. As part of our commitment to you, we’ll do our best to ensure the fan postings on our page are all in good fun and good taste. • Infringes, encourages, or depicts the infringement of another party’s copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret or other proprietary rights, rights of publicity or privacy, or other rights;
• Includes, demonstrates, or encourages the misuse of a product or service, or a hazardous situation;
• Includes personally identifiable information (such as telephone numbers, first and last names, street or email addresses) of anyone who has not given permission;
• Is suggestive of new product innovations or advertising ideas;
• Promotes the sale of a product or service of any type;
• Is posted by anyone under the age of 13;
• Is unintelligible; or
• Is otherwise objectionable or inappropriate.
