Richard's Coffee Shop is a living military museum dedicated to honoring America's veterans, active duty personnel and emergency services personnel. The veterans who visit the shop played a part in the history of the artifacts and memorabilia displayed in the museum.
There are two special events that happen each week;
1 - Thursdays is a day for veterans to come and get together and enjoy each others company and a free coffee.
2 - Saturdays we have a Music Jam session which anyone is welcome to come in and either play or have a cup of coffee and enjoy the music.
Everyone that comes into the coffee shop learns the history of a man named Richard Warren, who started the shop in 1995.
Volunteers and a nonprofit Board of Directors are continuing his legacy by providing a place for all to gather as well as assisting veterans and their families in many ways.
