We are a 501 (c) 3 nonprofit agency with a 21 member volunteer Board of Directors. Established in 1910 by volunteers from the Toledo Dental Society, we provide routine dental services for children and adults with limited resources(up to 400% of the Federal poverty level) including those receiving public assistance. Our emphasis is on prevention of dental disease and basic treatment procedures necessary to maintain healthy teeth and gums. We accept all insurances and provide reduced fees for self pay patients. OUr Service are in Northwest Ohio covers reisidents of 18 counties. We have a dedicated paid support staff and dental providers providing care to over 23,000 individuals per year.
