General Civil Engineering LHE has been providing expert engineering consulting services to the public and private sectors since 2006. Our ingenuity has provided solutions that helped improve our communities and protect critical environmental and cultural resources within our state. Our innovative approaches have lead to many new developments, retail centers, office parks, and recreational facilities.
Transportation Design LHE possesses the highest statewide qualification for state roadway design. We are qualified by the State of Florida to complete complex roadway design and both major and minor highway design. This level of qualification in road design is a testament to the skill and ability of our engineers, and their strong qualifications.
Water and Sewer Design LHE professional have extensive statewide and local experience in design, operation, and maintenance of all types of projects. In addition, we have collectively designed over 400 facilities throughout our careers and permitted all of them through the appropriate water management district.
