Predominately pull-thru with some back-in including scenic water front sites overlooking the Stocked Fishing Lake with a beautiful lighted fountain FREE WIFI, FREE Cable and trash pick-up for all sites! Bathouse and top-of- the-line Laundromat opened 24 hours with security entrance and daily housekeeping! We take pride in in our property! Daily-Weekly-Monthly rates available. We are NOT a resedential park.

All guests can NEW SWIMMING POOL with kids zone spray area with covered pavillion area, stocked fishing lake with beautiful lighted fountain, Open Pavillion and Gazebo with picnic tables and BBQ pits-perfect for group get togethers (crab and crawfish boils etc) Our Meeting house seats 60 with a large flat screen TV, his and hers handicapped bath and a full kitchen. We all enjoy watching football and cooking together and has been a highly enjoyed room by our RV RALLY groups. The room is beautiful with vaulted ceilings and is easy to decorate for baby showers, birthdays, family reunions and more. Available for rent to the public.
All guests can come visit with us in the lobby and have a hot cup of Lousiana Community Coffee all day long! Meet our staff, most have been here since we opended and will become a familiar we know you will be back!

Our Motel - 35 spacious rooms with microwaves, refridgerators, flat screen TV's, personal coffee pots with Community Coffee and more, above average ammenities including 5 Star Serta King or Queen size mattresses FREE continental breakfast for motel guests. We are NOT a chain motel and therefore have a unique way of running our property and serving our customers. We are known for personal service, extremly clean rooms/property.
Our motel guests appreciate the way we strive to meet individual needs for individual situations. We know you by NAME! Daily- Weekly - Monthly rates available. We are NOT a residential property.

Our property is currently covered by 36 surveillance cameras and a 24 hour front desk staff as well as an on-site camp host. Our guests can rest easy knowing we are always here for them! WHY DO FISHERMAN STAY HERE?? Our fisherman rest easy at our motel knowing their boats and equipment are parked right near their door, covered by security cameras and staff eyes. New Fishing Cleaning Station! Our boaters can plug in their batteries to charge. This is a restricted, private property! After they wake up from a refreshing comfortable nights sleep they are only minutes away from bait shops and boat launches. RV Guests can enjoy our secure over-flow parking area for boats, extra vehicles - free! Depending on the size of your rig, some sites can accomodate boats, personal vehicles and rigs on the same site! Coming Sized BBQ area, excercise and media room and enclosed dog park!

Our guests are from all over the world and visit for many reasons - snow birds escaping the winter, bird watchers, family get-togthers, crabbing, fishing, duck hunting, gambling, many stay monthly for environmental work that goes on in the area (wildlife refugee, etc)
