**MDA Social Media Community Guidelines**

MDA’s social pages follow platform guidelines and are intended as a family-friendly gathering place to disseminate information and create a safe space for conversation for the neuromuscular community. We believe in healthy, truthful conversations where everyone is treated with respect. Our team works to answer questions presented on our social media pages, however certain questions or requests are best answered by our Resource Center team at ResourceCenter@

Bullying, hate speech, and any content or language that is disparaging in nature, vulgar, profane, defamatory, abusive, racist, derogatory or otherwise objectionable will not be tolerated. This also includes comments that could be construed as harassing our community, including but not limited to repeatedly commenting with similar messages, sharing misinformation or medical advice, solicitation, and trolling.

MDA reserves the right to moderate our pages and remove posts and/or ban accounts that violate any of these guidelines.
