In 1999 New Life Baptist Church Ministries conducted a survey seeking the felt needs of the community so the church could better serve people. The highlighted needs were: recreation, jobs, better housing, safe place for senior citizens, after school programs, and 2006 these needs became our Mission In The City. MITC is the 501 c(3) community development arm of New Life Baptist Church.
