Rosebud Wood Products celebrated its 50th year in the cabinet industry in the Fall of 2015. Back in 1965 Rosebud was created in Mission, SD. It was moved to downtown Madison, SD in 1972 where it continued to grow, steadily. In 2008, Rosebud outgrew its downtown location and moved into its current location in the Madison Industrial Park, South of Highway 34, on the South side of Madison.
Back when Rosebud opened its doors in '65, the cabinet line was fairly limited, just one. One line of cabinetry, two door styles and few color options. The industry has grown, slightly, since then. Rosebud Manufacturing now has eight cabinet lines, over 20 door styles in 7 different wood species, and stain finishes a plenty!! They also have a handful of paint colors.
Along with the cabinetry, Rosebud manufactures more than 10 different collections of hospitality/lodging furniture. There are several finish options available to conform with any decor.
Rosebud currently ships its cabinets to approximately 13 states in the region with hospitality/lodging furniture being sent around the country. The company is always looking for new avenues, new partnerships and new territories to work with.
