MercyOne Dubuque Medical Center is a not-for-profit hospital with facilities in Dubuque and Dyersville, Iowa. In recognition of the strength of its nursing service and the overall quality of patient care, MercyOne was the 134th hospital in the nation to be designated a Magnet hospital and in 2009 achieved re-designation as Magnet, the nation's most prestigious award for nursing.
MercyOne Dubuque is the area's leading hospital, with the only Cardiology Center and Level II Regional Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. Other services include the Mercy Trauma Center, a CARF-accredited inpatient rehabilitation unit, home health care, retail pharmacies, and a wide range of outpatient and community services. MercyOne also operates two hospital-based skilled nursing units and a 40-bed nursing home.
