Every day, legislators meet to make decisions that will affect your business. We give members different avenues to voice concerns and opportunities to be represented professionally to Ohio’s decision makers. Opportunities to have your voice represented to law makers include Team 88 and the Legislative Committee.

The association provides a variety of business services that will save you money, improve your workforce, and advance the efficiency of your business. Whether it is our healthcare savings program, our BWC group savings rates, monthly webinars, podcasts, or in-person training programs, we offer it. If we do not offer it and you need it, we will do our best to find a solution that benefits our entire membership.

Through our Ohio Trucking Weekly newsletter, Week in Review Legislative Updates, and the OTA Roadmap Blog, we provide the most up-to-date information available to keep members informed on industry news and government affairs.

The association has working relationships with industry experts on the local, state, and federal levels that can provide answers to a variety of questions. We also offer training directly from professionals which give carriers access to industry experts, such as the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration, Ohio State Highway Patrol, Public Utilities Commission of Ohio, and Ohio Department of Transportation.
