The first introduction you have with our office will be a phone contact with the receptionist, who will collect pertinent information. From there you will be transferred to a scheduler who will set up your first appointment. Please come 15 to 20 minutes before your scheduled appointment time to complete paperwork or instead of arriving early, download and print paperwork from our website to complete before your appointment. If you have current dental records at another office, (within the past five years), please call us so that we may assist you in the transfer of those records.
