The owner/operator is a factory-trained BMW Master Technician and has been servicing BMW’s for nearly 30 years. We are conveniently located just 3 miles off Interstate 64 (exit 256B) and only minutes from the Newport News/Williamsburg International Airport.
Owner, operator, & skilled technician, Mike Russell is an expert at diagnosis, problem solving, and adhering to warranty guidelines. Whether it is routine maintenance or a more complicated issue, Mike handles his repairs with the utmost confidence. His honest and knowledgeable approach has always been appreciated and has earned East Coast Exotics a reputation among our clients as a repair shop they can trust. Although specializing in BMWs, Mike is also experienced in servicing all European cars and SUVs.
Our 10,000 square foot facility offers our customers the look and feel of a larger dealership, without the dealership prices. The facility houses a beautiful showroom, including a waiting room, a large service department, with numerous lifts in which to better serve our expanding clientele.
Our services range from simple oil/filter changes to complex engine replacements. We provide services such as factory recommended maintenance, major and minor repairs, computer diagnostics, pre-purchase inspections, state inspections, batteries, tires, etc.
