What a beautiful day! Thank you to all of our ARK family and friends for coming out to walk and roll with us. We could not keep doing what we do without your support!

Support ARK Advocates! All proceeds stay LOCAL and support individuals with special needs in our community! Help put adaptive bikes and other equipment in the hands of people with disabilities in our community. All proceeds stay local and assist persons with disabilities through ARK's respite program, adaptive equipment lending library and financial assistance. 11 am Start Time: Family Bike Ride (1-5 mile) Walkers also welcome. Registration Fee prior to April 22: (The fee includes an event t-shirt. secured April 22 and while supplies last the day of the event.) $20 ages 13 and older ($25) $10 ages 12 and under ($12) Family rate $50 ($60) Participate as a team or an individual: Prizes will be awarded to the 3 teams raising the most in donations/pledges. TEAM T-Shirt Colors Available this year! Online registration: Your registration also includes participation in the Adaptive Recreation and Equipment Expo the same day from 11-2pm at the Mystique Community Ice Center. (Rain or shine) Roll & Sole-A-Thon and Expo Activities: 11-2 pm DJ Fun and Games Recreation and Health related booths (ie. Camp Albrecht Acres) Bike obstacle course set up by the Bike Cops. Roller Derby girls Wheelchair Basketball demo FACE PAINTING Concessions will be available for purchase. Trial Adaptive bikes and more. Physical Therapists and Clarke Physical Therapy students will provide support to those with special needs who would like to try out adaptive equipment like an adaptive bike. Endurance Group Ride: RIDE TO PROVIDE: For the more experienced cyclist. Rides leave at 9 or at your leisure. Whether you ride a bike regularly, are up for a challenge or are preparing for Ragbrai, this is the ride for you! This event is in conjunction with the Roll & Sole-a-thon. Come join us on this night to help support the Miracle League and Dubuque's Dancing with the Stars' Kurt Strand! All proceeds from this night will benefit as each dollar raised is a vote for Kurt to win and every dollar brings the Miracle League project closer the the $3.5 million needed to make this dream a reality for Dubuque area persons with disabilities, their friends and their families!
