At this time Clausen Oysters is the largest oyster grower in Oregon! There are three crops being rotated on 600 acres of submerged tide flats.
Running an oyster buisness is quite the adventure, there is no 8-5 work scedule, nor weekends off routine. Tides & Customer's orders determine the working scedules.
