In 1923 Stanley Nelson Ward opened Wards tow service and repair facility. He recognized a business opportunity with the emergence of automobiles in Southern California. For over 68 years we were a common site in Old Town Pasadena serving the city and its surrounding communities. In 2001 we relocated to Monrovia where we currently exist. Our free shuttle service allows to meet the needs of people living in the areas of Pasadena, La Canada, Altadena, Sierra Madre, Glendale and Eagle Rock to the north and west; South Pasadena, Alhambra, San Marino, San Gabriel, Arcadia, El Monte to the south and west, Duarte, Bradbury, Azusa, Glendora, San Dimas, and West Covina to the East.
Today, Jim Ward, great grandson to SN Ward, is at the helm of Ward Service. He is joined by family members: sister, Shawn; wife, Melanie; son, Turner; and dad, Tom. We have always been and always will be family owned and operated. We are the dealer alternative offering the personalized service that only family can provide.
