TAB Services, Inc. has been an independent balancing firm in the Colorado market continuously since 1983. With a combined 187 years of balancing and HVAC experience, TAB strives to provide a timely professional service delivering an efficient mechanical system to the projects owner. Primary services provided are Air and Hydronic Balancing, Mechanical System surveys and Building Commissioning. TAB Services, Inc. has a convenient business office, a full time project manager to coordinate your job with all parties involved and seven full time technicians. Our size gives us the flexibility to man both large and small jobs in a timely manner. Our jobs range from a few hours to the $700,000 University of Colorado Research Lab II building. TAB Services is a NEBB and TABB certified firm in Air and Hydronic Balancing of Environmental Systems and Building Commissioning. Our reports are thorough and complete including a recap of the total job, making evaluation of the mechanical system a straightforward process. Our warranty service or verification of data is prompt and hassle free.

TAB Services, Inc. is owned and operated by Duane Kent. Mr. Kent is a 1974 graduate of Kansas State University with a BS degree in Business Administration-Accounting. Duane has 36 years of business management experience in real estate and construction related businesses. Mr. Kent has owned and operated TAB Services since 1993.

Joshua Uncapher is TAB Services Vice President / Project Manager & Supervisor to the technicians he has been employed with TAB Services since 1999. Josh has 18 years experience in the HVAC field with 15 years experience in the balancing field. Josh holds NEBB & TABB Certificates for Testing and Balancing of Air and Hydronic Systems, at both technician and supervisory levels. Josh also holds certificates at technician and supervisory levels in commissioning, indoor air quality, and fire life safety. Mr. Uncapher is also a Test and Balance and Fire Life Safety instructor for the Colorado Sheet Metal Workers Apprenticeship program.
