Jinks, Crow & Dickson, is a unique small town litigation firm with a strong practice in Bullock County, Montgomery County, throughout the State of Alabama, and across the United States. We represent individuals and businesses in a variety of cases involving injury or financial loss. We have offices in Union Springs and Montgomery, Alabama.

For individuals, we regularly handle cases involving personal injury, wrongful death, product defects, road construction defects, poor home construction, motor vehicle negligence, fraud, insurance bad faith, class actions and product warranty claims.

For businesses, we regularly handle cases involving contract disputes, heavy machinery and farm equipment warranty claims, and insurance disputes.

Our practice is rooted in Bullock County, Alabama, but we are actively involved in litigation all over the country.

The firm was founded by Lynn W. Jinks, III, a native of Union Springs, AL, after returning home from service in the Navy in 1978. Christina (Christy) D. Crow joined the firm in 1997 after graduating from the University of Alabama School of Law. Nathan A. Dickson, II, joined the firm in 2005 after graduating cum laude from Washington and Lee University School of Law. Lynn, Christy and Nathan are all actively involved in their Bullock County community and in the legal field. Lynn and Christy were recently recognized in the nationwide publication of "Super Lawyers."
