Our tours begin at the following times:
60 min tours - 9am 11am 1pm 2pm 3pm
90 min tours - 10am 2pm

REFUND POLICY - CANCELLATIONS MUST BE MADE AT LEAST 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE OF THE SCHEDULED TOUR IN ORDER TO GET A REFUND.
ANY CANCELLATIONS MADE WITHIN THE 24 HOUR TIME PERIOD BEFORE THE TOUR WILL NOT RECEIVE A REFUND.

PARKING - PLEASE PARK IN THE VISITORS CENTER PARKING LOT LOCATED ACROSS THE ROAD FROM OUR OFFICE. IT IS FREE FOR THE FIRST HOUR AND $1 PER HOUR AFTER. THERE ARE PAY STATIONS THAT YOU CAN USE A CREDIT CARD TO PAY.
THERE IS A PARKING LOT INFRONT OF OUR OFFICE FOR OLD TOWN TROLLEY GUESTS ONLY.
